Enable or Disable a Report Schedule

Disabling a report schedule suspends the report from running as scheduled. Enabling a disabled report schedule resumes running the report as scheduled.

To disable or enable a report schedule:

  1. In the object selector, select Workspace, Project, Portfolio, or Program, and then select an object name from the list.
  2. From the Main Menu, select Reports, and then select Report List.
  3. In the table, select a report, and then select the Schedule detail window.
  4. In the Schedule detail window, select the Context menu, and select Enable or Disable.
  5. Select Save.

    Note: You must have the necessary security privileges in a Report permission set to enable or disable a report schedule. For Project reports, you need the Project Report: Edit privilege and the Run and Preview Project Report: Enable privilege. For Workspace reports, you need the Workspace Report: Edit privilege and the Run and Preview Workspace Report: Enable privilege.
