Stop a Workflow Instance

Stop a workflow instance to terminate all active tasks associated with it. You can only stop workflow instances that have a status of In Progress or Overdue.

Note: You cannot resume a workflow instance after you have stopped it.

To stop a workflow instance:

1. In the object selector, select  Workspace, select View Workspaces List, and then select a workspace name.
2. From the  Main Menu, select  Workflows and Forms, and then select Monitor Workflows.
3. On the Monitor Workflows page, select the Current tab.
4. On the Current tab, select a running workflow instance.
5. In the workflow instance Details panel, select Stop.
