Multiple Projects Overview

The Multiple Projects page lets you view and manage multiple projects at once without creating a program. You can add or remove projects at any time, and work with projects from different workspaces. On the Multiple Projects page, many projects can be worked on at once on an as-needed basis, without any complicated setup or management.

Once you've added projects to the Multiple Projects page, you can access your open projects list on pages in the application.

On the Multiple Projects Home page, you can see a list of the projects you have open. You can take actions on open projects on the Multiple Projects that are unavailable to projects in a program. For example, normally projects must be in the same program to copy activities from one project to another. Using Multiple Projects, not only can projects be in different programs, but they can even be in different workspaces.

Multiple Projects is located under the Project object. From the Multiple Projects Main Menu, the following apps and pages are available:
