Add Projects to Multiple Projects

You can add projects to the Multiple Projects page from several places in Primavera Cloud. When you have included the projects you want, you can take action on your open projects list from the Activities page.

To add projects from the Multiple Projects page:

1. In the object selector, select Project, and the select Multiple Projects.
2. If there are currently no projects in multiple projects, select Start Adding Projects.
   If you have existing projects open, select Manage Projects.
3. In the Manage Multiple Projects dialog box, select a project from the Available Projects list, and then select Add from Available to move it to the Open Projects list. Use Search to quickly find projects.
4. Select Save.

To add projects from the Projects page:

1. Navigate to the Projects page
   1. In the object selector, select Project.
   2. Select View Projects List.
2. Select the Context menu next to a project.
3. Select Open Multiple Projects in..., then select the app and page where you want to work on the project.
4. The page opens, and the selected project is now included in the list of open projects.

To add projects from the Object Selector:

1. From the Object Selector, select Project.
2. Next to a project name, select Actions, then select Open in Multiple Projects.

or

1. From the Object Selector, select Project.
2. Next to Multiple Projects, select Actions, and then select Manage Multiple Projects.
3. In the Manage Multiple Projects dialog box, select a project from the Available Projects list, and then select Add from Available to move it to the Open Projects list. Use Search to quickly find projects.
4. Select Save.

To add projects from the Activities page:

1. From the Object Selector, select Project, and then select Multiple Projects.
2. From the Main Menu, select Schedule, and then select Activities.
3. Select the Manage Multiple Projects button on the top right corner of the page, or select Actions and then select Manage Multiple Projects....
4. In the Manage Multiple Projects dialog box, select a project from the Available Projects list, and then select Add from Available to move it to the Open Projects list. Use Search to quickly find projects.
5. Select Save.
