Hide a Budget Planning Scenario
It can be useful to hide some budget planning scenarios. For example, let's say that you have created multiple scenarios for your budget planning and have chosen the one you want to use. You can hide the other scenarios, and show the scenario you want to focus on. Or, you might have a scenario that has been reviewed multiple times throughout the iterative process, so you now have several versions of the scenario. Simply hide the versions you no longer need.
To hide a budget planning scenario:
- In the object selector, select
Portfolio, and then select View Portfolios List.
- Select a portfolio name.
- From the
Main Menu, select
Cost and Funds, and then select Budget Planning.
- On the Budget Planning page, select a scenario from the Scenario
menu.
- From the Actions
menu, select Scenario Options, and then select Hide.
- In the Confirm dialog box, select Yes.
You can also hide a budget planning scenario, as well as view which budget planning scenarios are visible and hidden, from Manage Scenarios:
- From the Actions
menu, select Manage Scenarios....
- In the Manage Scenarios dialog box, in the Visible column, select
to hide the scenario. Select again to make it visible.
- Select Save.
