Hide a Budget Planning Scenario

Choose which budget planning scenarios you want to see in the Scenario menu.

To hide a budget planning scenario:

In the object selector, select  Portfolio, and then select View Portfolios List.
Select a portfolio name.
From the  Main Menu, select  Cost and Funds, and then select Budget Planning.
On the Budget Planning page, select a scenario from the Scenario menu.
From the Actions  menu, select Scenario Options, and then select Hide.
In the Confirm dialog box, select Yes.

You can also hide a budget planning scenario, as well as view which budget planning scenarios are visible and hidden, from Manage Scenarios:

From the Actions  menu, select Manage Scenarios....
In the Manage Scenarios dialog box, in the Visible column, select  to hide the scenario. Select again to make it visible.
Select Save.
