Duplicate a Budget Planning Scenario

Create a new budget planning scenario by duplicating an existing scenario.

To duplicate a budget planning scenario:

1. In the object selector, select  Portfolio, and then select View Portfolios List.
2. Select a portfolio name.
3. From the  Main Menu, select  Cost and Funds, and then select Budget Planning.
4. On the Budget Planning page, select a scenario from the Scenariomenu.
5. From the Actions  menu, select Scenario Options, and then select Duplicate....
6. In the Duplicate dialog box:
   1. Select the Scenario Type.
   2. Enter the New Scenario Name.
   3. Select the Planning Period.
7. Select Duplicate.

You can also duplicate a budget planning scenario from Manage Scenarios:

1. From the Actions  menu, select Manage Scenarios....
2. In the Manage Scenarios dialog box, select the  context menu for the scenario, and then select Duplicate....
3. In the Duplicate dialog box:
   1. Select the Scenario Type.
   2. Enter the New Scenario Name.
   3. Select the Planning Period.
4. Select Duplicate.
5. Close the Manage Scenarios dialog box.
