Delete a Workflow Instance

You can only delete archived workflow instances.

Note: When you delete a workflow instance, it is completely removed from the system.

To delete a workflow instance:

1. In the object selector, select  Workspace, select View Workspaces List, and then select a workspace name.
2. From the  Main Menu, select  Workflows and Forms, and then select Monitor Workflows.
3. On the Monitor Workflows page, select the Archived tab.
4. On the Archived tab, select a workflow instance.
5. In the workflow instance Details panel, select Delete.
