Hide a Resource Planning Scenario

Choose which resource planning scenarios you want to see in the Scenario menu.

To hide a resource planning scenario:

1. In the object selector, select  Portfolio, and then select View Portfolios List.
2. Select a portfolio name.
3. From the  Main Menu, select  Resources, and then select Resource Planning.
4. On the Resource Planning page, select a scenario from the Scenario menu.
5. From the Actions  menu, select Scenario Options, and then select Hide.
6. In the Confirm dialog box, select Yes.

You can also hide a resource planning scenario, as well as view which scenarios are visible and hidden, from Manage Scenarios:

1. From the Actions  menu, select Manage Scenarios....
2. In the Manage Scenarios dialog box, in the Visible column, select  to hide the scenario. Select again to make it visible.
3. Select Save.
