Assign a Code to a Program

Assign codes to a program to help track programs based on attributes they share. When managing a large number of programs, program codes enable you to filter and group information across the organization.

To add a code to a program:

1. Navigate to the program codes page
   1. In the object selector, select  Program.

   1. In the object selector, beside a program name, select , and then select View Summary & Settings.
   2. On the Summary & Settings page, select Program Codes.
2. Select Assign.
3. In the Select Code dialog box, expand the code, and select the code value.
4. Select OK.
5. Select Save.
