Download an Import Template for Importing Submittals

Before you can import submittals from Microsoft Excel, you must download the submittal import template. This template shows you which information is required, and it helps Primavera Cloud understand what to do with it.

To download a submittal import template:

1. In the object selector, select ﱆ Project, select View Projects List, and then select a project name.
2. From the  Main Menu, select  Submittals, and then select Submittals.
3. On the Submittals page, select Import , and then select Download Import Template.

Tips

• The import template is downloaded as a Microsoft Excel file with the default name SubmittalsImportTemplate.
• The top two rows of the Submittals worksheet are required. You may delete columns that are not required, but do not otherwise change or delete the information in the top two rows.
