Deactivate or Reactivate a Print Layout

You can deactivate print layout reports to make them inaccessible to other users. When a print layout is deactivated it cannot be run by anyone. This can be helpful in situations where you need to modify a print layout and you do not want other users running it until you have finished your changes.

Reactivating a report makes it available to be run by other users again.

To set a print layout as inactive or active:

1. In the object selector, select  Workspace, ﱆ Project,  Portfolio, or  Program, and then select an object name from the list.
2. From the  Main Menu, select  Reports, and then select Print Layouts.
3. On the Print Layouts page, in the table, select a report, select the  Context menu, and then select Set to Inactive or Set to Active.
4. Select Save.
