Print a Print Layout

Print Layout reports are run directly from the page of the object to which they are assigned. At report runtime, you can choose any of the BI Publisher-based layouts associated with your default print layout.

The following objects support print layouts:

• Change Orders
• Commitments
• Contracts
• Payment Applications
• Submittals

To print a print layout:

1. Navigate to a page whose object supports print layouts.
2. In the table, select an object row, select the Context menu, and then select Print.

   Note The print option text depends on the page. For example, on the Contracts page, the option displays as Print Contract.

3. In the Print dialog box, select a BI Publisher Layout, select an Output Format, and then select Print.

   Note If the output format is not set to HTML, you will be alerted that the report may not meet accessibility standards.

Tip

• You will receive a system notification when your report is generated.
