Add a Change Order

Use change orders to make changes to contracts and commitments that have been approved.

To add a change order:

  1. In the object selector, select Project, select View Projects List, and then select a project name.
  2. From the Main Menu, select Contracts and Commitments, and then select Change Orders.
  3. In the change order list, select Add.
  4. In the new change order row, enter information about the change order.

    Use the Associated Agreement field to specify the contract or commitment to which you're adding the change order. Remember, only approved agreements are available.

  5. Select Save.
