Edit Company Details

You can edit details about a company, such as address and URL, if they change.

To edit company details:

  1. From the Main Menu, select Global Admin.
  2. Select Companies from the list.
  3. On the Companies page, in the table, select a company.
  4. In the company details section, select Edit.
  5. In the Edit Company dialog box, make any changes on the General, Corporate Office, Other Information, or Configured Fields tabs.
  6. Select Save.

    Notes:

    • Application administrators can edit the details for any net new company records that they have created in their Primavera Cloud tenant.
    • Application administrators cannot edit the details for the company records that already exist in Lobby and have been imported into their Primavera Cloud tenant.
    • No company records that were created before the 23.10 (October 2023) release of Primavera Cloud can be edited. To modify the global details of such companies, Create a Service Request (SR) using the My Oracle Support (MOS) portal.
    • Check the Date Added column on the Companies page to verify if a company record was created before 23.10 (October 2023). If an application administrator is unable to edit a company record created after 23.10 (October 2023), that means the company was imported and not created net new in Primavera Cloud.
