Import Actuals

After you have downloaded a Microsoft Excel import template and adding the required data, you can import it.

To import an actuals template:

1. In the object selector, select Project, select View Projects List, and then select a project name.
2. From the Main Menu, select Cost and Funds, and then select Actuals.
3. On the Actuals page, select the Actions menu, and then select Import.
4. In the Import Actuals dialog box, select Browse, select a file, and select Import.
