Search the Work Plan Page

The search function on the Work Plan page enables you to search for activities, codes, companies, swimlanes, tasks, task milestones, or WBSs located in the hopper or planning board. Search results are displayed below the search field.

Note: To search swimlanes, a task plan with swimlanes must be open.

To use the search function on the Work Plan page:

1. In the object selector, select ﱆ Project, select View Projects List, and then select a project name.
2. From the  Main Menu, select  Tasks, and then select Work Plan.
3. In the Search field on the toolbar, enter a search term. Results matching the string will appear automatically.
4. Select a search result to scroll to and highlight that item in the hopper or on the planning board.
